Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
The Electromechanical Engineer will review, supervise site installations and also maintain installed electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, chiller & piping systems.
A degree / diploma holder in BSc - Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and minimum 3 years experience in residential / commercial building maintenance or construction companies, with strong leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sets the specifications and checks the design of mechanical and electromechanical products and systems in the building.
Monitors materials submission and approvals and reviews updating of materials schedule.
Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to the execution of any jobs.
Should independently manage and provide engineering and technical support to all the electrical work groups at site.
General oversight of construction inspection and testing requests for electromechanical works.
Researches and analyzes data, such as supplier design proposal, specifications and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
To ensure that the project will be done in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.
English & Arabic Speaking
Location: Dubai / Ajman
Salary: In line with industry standards.
